• Make (2) Lists
  • When you make a list of (1) Things to do before you leave town...you will worry less while on your vacations.  (2) The second list should be a list of items and clothing that you want to bring such as cameras, swim suits, books, toys, binoculars, etc.
• Plan Ahead
  • Planning in advance for your vacations is just a basic good idea.  At least that has been my family's experience.  However, we do enjoy a "Just pick up and go Vacation".  So, you are welcome to call me at the last minute to rent Your Beach Condo.  I am happy to give you a list of condo choices I have available, anytime.
• Print a Map from Map Quest
  • We have tried other online maps, but MapQuest has proven to very accurate for this area.  You will find more instructions at the bottom right corner of my home page.
• Drive Safely
  • Everyone wants you to arrive safely.  The speed limits to get to the beach are really fair based on the roads you will be traveling on.  If you do get pulled over ask for a "Warning Ticket" because you are on your way to vacation on the beach.  I cannot guarantee no ticket, but I have been given a warning ticket because I asked.
• Balance Your Time
  • We always want to leave our work back at the office, but sometimes you may find yourself taking care of business while on your vacation.  I suggest you draw a line in the sand so to speak concerning your work.  If you are at the beach with your family enjoy the special time and moments you have together.
• Take Pictures & Video
  • There is something very special about sharing time with friends and family on the beach.  The memories can easily be captured with a camera. Take plenty of pictures.
• Buy Groceries for the Kitchen
  • Having groceries in Your Beach Condo will save you money and time.  Plus, you will feel more at home when you can get food at anytime from your refrigerator.  Visit my Local Links section for some of my favorite restaurants.
• Wear Sunscreen
  • When you are on the beach without sunscreen you are risking a bad sunburn.  If you or someone you know has ever suffered from a sunburn you know it can make your trip less enjoyable than it could have been.  Make everyone wear sunscreen.
• Visit the Area Fun (Local Links)
  • There are plenty of fun things to do in this area when you are not on the beach.  When you experience the fun parks, miniature golf, roller coasters, go-cart tracks, restaurants, golf courses, shopping centers, etc. you may enjoy more fun.
• Use the Washer & Dryer
  • All of my Beach Condos are equipped with high new washers and dryers.  Make yourself at home.  Wash your towels and laundry anytime.  We have found very little sand in our clothing and towels because there is always an area on the beach entrance/exit to rinse off any sand.
• Walk through the Entire Condo
  • When your vacation is over you should walk through each room and closet to make sure you did pack everything you brought or wanted to take home, including any food or beverages.  Please lock up and help me keep the place good for another visit.
